Job Description:
-Filing/archive management;
-Support members of the Legal in all secretarial and administrative duties;
-Typing documents both in English and Chinese;
-Handling faxes and e-mails;
-Draft and prepare legal documents under the supervision of Lawyers;
-Maintain all files records for the team;
-Handle internal and external correspondence;
-Form documents, legal document translation between English and Chinese
-Some ad hoc activities.
Requirements:
Current university student only;
A strong work ethic, initiative and motivation;
With necessary level of PC literacy especially in the application of MS Word, Excel;
Good communication and organizational skills;
Good verbal and written English and Mandarin skills;
Proficiency of using knowledge learned in school.
