这一职位直接向办公室经理报告。
负责公司电话转接,收发传真、信件;
负责文档的录入、打印、复印及整理;
协助办公室经理做好办公室日常行政工作及其他职责。
任职要求:
1、中专学历及以上,高校应届生或有一至两年相关工作经验;
2、相貌端庄,能用英文沟通;
3、熟练使用计算机;
4、积极肯干,工作认真负责、主动、认真、细心、严谨。

Reports to: Office Manager
General Position Description
Exciting opportunity to join a US based global company. This role would have great opportunities to be involved in a multinational culture circumstance.
1.Major Responsibilities
To receive visitors and perform duties to operate telephone switchboard to receive and reply incoming calls to appropriate parties;
To maintain office facilities, such as copier, fax machines;
To provide facility services on business card printing, stationery keeping, distribute incoming faxes, mailings and air-ticket etc., distributing any letters to all office staff, and handle all rush requests promptly;
Provide administrative and logistical support for traveler and visit (Hotel reservation,
Airport / ferry terminal pick-up/drop-off, taxi services, set-up meetings, etc)
Perform some financial assistant duties such as post receipts on staff expense reports;
Involve any other work assigned by office manager.
2.Required Qualifications
Education: Technical secondary school above Degree, majored in Business Administration, or other related majors
Language Requirements: Mandarin speaker, knowledge of English
3.Work Experience:
Fresh graduate or 1~2 years demonstrated experience with PCs and MS Office Appliances (i.e., Word, Excel, ) as well as internet knowledge
Good command of operating telephone switchboard and computer utilization skills in daily work
Polite, service-orientation, good interpersonal and communication skills and be a good team player
Provide administrative and logistical support for traveler and visit (Hotel reservation, airport/ferry terminal pick-up/drop-off, taxi services, set-up meetings, etc)
