Main Responsibilities Include:
- Assist in admin work of Sales Department.
- Assist in preparing proposals, and other related sales documents.
- Other Admin. Issues of Sales Department, like Printing documents and keying in database,ect.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Female is preferred.
- College /university graduate and student are preferred.
- Good practical computer skills with Excel, Word, etc.
- Good English (Reading, writing and speaking) are preferred.
- Helpful, patient and can work hard.
主要职责:
- 协助进行销售部门的行政事务性工作。
- 协助准备方案、标书,及其它相关的销售文档
- 其它的行政事务性工作,如打印,数据录入等
要求:
- 本科及以上学历
- 限女性
- 应届毕业生或在校生优先
- 好的word,excel等电脑实际应用技巧
- 具备好的英文阅读、书写和口语者优先
- 乐于助人,耐心,能够吃苦耐劳
