Position 2 R&I Research Scientist (Wireless Resource Allocation)

Responsibility:
1.Responsible for key technologies research in PHY and MAC layers for 3GPP LTE, 4G esp. on Network MIMO and/or cross-layer optimal resource allocation etc.
2. Responsible for forwarding looking innovative technologies revolution for next-generation broadband mobile communication
3. Need to accomplish patents and publication in top-level international conferences and/or journals
Requirements
1. PhD in wireless communication with solid theoretical background
2. Strong research experience on OFDM and MIMO or cross-layer design
3. Familiar with Matlab, C etc
4. Favorite research work, team-working and creativity
5. Be fluent in written/oral English.
Position 3 R&I Post Doctor(Wireless Base Station)
Location: Shanghai Required Person: several
Responsibility:
1. Responsible for research and innovation in distributed antenna system, looking forward for new research direction, focus on network architecture and key technologies in PHY layer.
2. Provide technique preparation for further distributed antenna wireless system.
3. Follow and discover the latest technology and possible evolution direction in this research area, prepare the future for research and possible
Requirements
1. Education background: PhD
2.Major in: Wireless telecommunications or related
3.Working experience: working experience in distributed antenna system will be preferred
4.Computer skill: high
5.Language ability: Fluent English

Position 4 SDD Post Dr (Wireless Strategy)
Location: Shanghai Required Person: 1
Responsibilities:
Overall analysis on the wireless network evolution to B3G/4G (mainly on radio access network), e.g., distributed radio, cooperated radio, etc.;
Developing system level picture on future wireless network;
Internal cooperation with R&I/BL on key tech. component;
External cooperation with partner on potential topics
Requirements
PhD in wireless;
Familiar with main standards, e.g., 3GPP, 3GPP2, IEEE;
Self-motivated and team work.
