要求：

4、此岗位要求经常外出，在市区、浦东、虹桥范围内为外籍人士提供上门服务。

职责：
1、外籍人员入住时，水电煤读数记录、黄单办理、家用电器使用说明。
2、协助外籍人员安装电话、宽带、卫星电视。
3、帮助外籍人员进行物业、家用电器的报修和跟进。
4、陪同外籍人员购买大件家具、请阿姨等其它现场翻译。
5、办理退房手续，水电煤读数的记录、家用电器等设备的损坏情况记录、押金退还的跟进。
