JD of commercial intern:
AH-CH GCR Ops – Process and Tools Analyst - Intern x 2
The intern will be assisting APAC/GCR process & tools manager in providing business support to the GTSC(Global Technical Support Center) CTS Segments (Commercial Technical Support).
Job Description:
Collect and analyze data and feedbacks from various channels to support Process and Tools manager on making decision.
Assist on the daily tools/process problems, questions, requests follow-up
Process and Tools website development and maintenance
Process and Tools related routine works.
Support Process and tools manager on other initiatives.
Assist Process and tools manager on daily basis
Position Requirements:
Good English writing skills; Able to communicate in English
Major in English or Business Administration with good IT knowledge will be preferred
Major in Information Technology or Computer Science will be preferred
Be proactive and willing to take challenges
Have good knowledge about Excel, SQL and other Microsoft office software;
Website, SharePoint development skills will be an advantage
Interested in the IT service management, process / quality and project management. Eager to develop above skills.
