Responsibilities

Sourcing potential candidates (IT industry) according to the job requirements

协助对美招聘专员筛选符合背景的候选人（IT行业）的简历等工作.

工作时间：9:00 pm-7:00 am (一周四天)

Qualifications

- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a highly time-critical and high pressure environment

- Strong interest and enthusiasm in HR and recruiting business Career

- A bachelor degree is necessary. Computer Science/Information Systems or Electrical Engineering background is preferred

- Outstanding reading skills in English

2、Night Shift Recruiter 招聘专员

招聘人数：北京2人

We are Seeking highly motivated entry - level TECHNICAL RECRUITERS to work on the night shift in our office in Beijing, China. The hours of work are from 9PM to 7AM from Monday to Thursday (4 days).

Responsibilities

The Technical Recruiter responsibility includes recruiting the best IT talents in the industry. 

We offer a competitive compensation and bonus plan.

Qualifications:

· BS Degree (Computer Science, Information Systems or related field) Ability to screen potential candidates

· Excellent English skills (Oral and Written)

· Knowledge of web based applications

· High energy

· Self-starter

· Results-oriented

职责：

支持美国的客户经理工作，负责国外候选人的招聘工作

具有积极热情的工作态度

负责跟外国候选人的第一轮电话沟通，并提供相应的面试评价报告

（工作时间为：晚9点-早7点，4个工作日）

基本要求： 

具备非常优秀的英语口语能力

具备快速浏览英文简历的能力

具备优秀自我表达能力与人际交往能力
