Asia IBS - Integrated Business Solutions - a company fully funded by Mexican investments, was founded in Hong Kong in 2007 with a registered address in Shanghai, China in 2008. ASIA IBS was created to advise companies in Asia and Latin America on how to reduce costs, explore new markets, and narrow the culture gap between the two countries.

Office location is in Jin An district (near Jin An temple), Shanghai.

Position: Sourcing Supervisor
(Full Time)

Qualification and experience:

- Female
- Bachelor degree
- 2+ years working experience
- Chinese native with fluent English
- Self-driven and self-motivated
- Logistics knowledge (preferably)
- Analytical skills
- Leader abilities and good communication skills
- Like to do teamwork
- Easy going and able to work under pressure

Major responsibility,

- Search for products on the internet
- Visits product fairs
- Contact suppliers
- Audit suppliers
- Track the order status
- Coordinate the logistics
- Liaise with the customer

Working Schedule:

- 8.5 hours a day (0.5 hour for lunch)
- 5 days a week
- Able to travel to different cities audit suppliers

Remuneration:

- Monthly salary + commissions
