Logistics Assistant

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor delivery from suppliers. Handling shipping documents (eg. L/C, Proforma Invoice) and shipping coordination with the logistics service providers, suppliers and the brand
- Place orders to the suppliers. Follow up outstanding orders and Inventory control. Prepare analysis of stock inventory regularly.
- Work closely with the FEPS QC team for technical issues and quality control on the spot and our QC center.
- Coordinate with suppliers and FEPS Testing Engineers to provide technical approval and support.
- Report preparation
- Handling the labeling /packaging process. Manage layout, printing and follow up of requirement for the assembler

Requirements:
- Knowledge in export custom declaration procedure, warehouse, sea / air freight and logistics management.
- Organized, Detail minded
- Good coordination skill & Analysis skill
- Good excel or database management skill
- Quality control knowledge

Lab Technician

Main responsibilities:
- Conduct lab test based on supervisor' instructions and follow schedule
- Ensure Lab. protocols are strictly followed so as to ensure reliable test results

Requirements:
- Mechanical college graduated or above
- Good English, especially written English
- Strong in Excel and other office software
- Good communication with colleagues
- Caution, Patient & Persistence
