RESPONSIBILITIES工作内容
- Prepare monthly price vs. sales vol. analytical report if necessary. 对油站量本利经营情况进行分析，并撰写分析报告。
- Keep track the sites’ operation and management cost , provide a monthly financial report according to OM’s direction （work with Finance）跟踪油站运作管理的日常费用，根据部门经理的要求提供每月的财务报告（与财务部人员协作）
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales report by sites by Area .准备每个站，每个地区的每日/每周/月度销售报表
- Consolidate sites performance figures, after approval transfer it to HR to calculate and send out sites staff bonus.提供油站业绩报表，协助人事部计算油站员工工资
- Timely update sites database, including contact/manpower/equipments/licenses etc. 定期更新油站数据，包括交接，设备，人事，证照等
- To upgrade Operation menu, HSE menu, Staff Training Book, Site Folders, etc.更新营运档案，HSE通知，员工培训手册和油站文档。
- Other tasks assigned.以及其他相关工作任务
REQUIREMENTS 任职条件
- Graduated from university at least, master is prefered 本科以上学历，或应届研究生
- Excellent computer skill, especially OFFICE, SPSS 熟练的电脑技巧，精通office,SPSS等办公软件
- Good communication, studying and cooperation skill 良好的沟通，学习和合作技巧
- 2 years related field experience 2年以上相关工作的经验
- Excellent English Skills熟练的英语能力
