Responsibilities:
1）understand the work procedure/SAP system/CF2000 for Engineering department and other related department
2）Maintain the standard operation procedure and implement it to realize high productivity as target
3）Lead internal improvement project to be delivery with high quality and time bounded
4）Continuous improvement project update weekly basis
5）Internal department 5 S implementation, WIP location inventory accuracy analysis and improvement
6）Monthly report preparing

Requirements:
1)Graduate in 2007 with major in Electronic or Automatization related ,bachelor degree is a must
2)High integrity and commitment
3)Passion for excellence, passion for work with a team
4)Strong interpersonal ,presentation skills as well as cultural awareness skills
5)Ambitious individual on career pass
6)Be logic thinking and organized, fluent in English speaking, and writing.

工作职责:
1)了解工程及相关部门的工作流程，SAP系统或CF2000；
2)维持并应用标准的操作流程从而实现高产能并以此为目标；
3)在既定的时间内高质量地引导内部改良项目；
4)以周为基础持续更新改良项目；
5)部门内部5S的执行，WIP（在制品）位置清单的精确分析及改良；
6)月报表的准备

1）2007年电子工程或自动化相关专业应届毕业生，本科学历；
