植物研究所

    中－新甜高粱联合研发实验室将通过优化和评价甜高粱遗传转化和用不同组织mRNA构建cDNA库的平台技术，开展调控甜高粱糖代谢和生物量相关基因及建立转基因系的研究，以提高其生物量和糖含量，为实现生物乙醇产量最大化和推进生物燃料产业奠定基础。现招聘1名博士后研究人员和2名技术员。

    博士后(1人)

    要求：

    1.应聘人需有植物生物学或分子生物学的博士学位。

    2.具备良好的谷类组织培养和遗传转化方面的经验和技术。

    3.具甜高粱的生物学和转化研究经验的人优先考虑。

    4.此外，应聘者还应熟悉掌握分子生物学技术方面的相关知识并有良好的人际沟通能力和团队精神。

    5.候选人必须能够自主独立设计试验并完成。

    6.候选人应具备一定的用英文交流的能力。

    Full Description:

    A postdoctoral research position is available immediately in IOB-TLL JOINT R&D LABORATORY FOR SWEET SORGHUM. We are looking for highly motivated candidates with Excellent skills and experience in tissue culture, genetic transformation of cereals, good knowledge on molecular biology techniques ,excellent interpersonal skills,team spirit.Research experience in sweet sorghum biology and transformation is highly advantageous.The research project will involve identifying and characterizing a set of genes that regulate sugar metabolism, biomass in sweet sorghum and generate transgenic lines using elite Collection to enhance biomass and sugar content thereby maximizing bio-ethanol production to promote the bio-fuel industry.
