IBM is one of the top company in HPC area. CDL HPC department works on IBM High Performance Computing softwares development and testing, the department widely works on all IBM HPC software stack including, Cluster, Job schedule, Parallel computing, etc. and grows very fast. Job Requirements (skills/experiences)

Common Qualifications:
- Bachelor or above degree major in Computer Science or related ones.
- At least 1 year experience on IT industry, campus is also considerable.
- Excellent communication skill.
- Excellent written/spoken English
- Self-motivated team player
- Quick learner

Senior Software developer/tester
1. At least 3 year experiences in HPC or related area.
3. Strong knowledge on AIX and Linux OS, master the kernel.
3. Proficient in programming in C/C++, Perl/Shell programming experience on Unix/Linux, Java is a plus
4. Strong leadership skills.

Software Developer:

1. Proficient in Linux/AIX system admin.
2. Proficient in programming in C/C++, Perl/Shell programming experience on Unix/Linux, Java is a plus,
3. AIX and Linux OS knowledge, and some understanding of the kernel functions
4. Familiar with common operation system knowledge and hardwares
5. Experiences in HPC area is a plus

Software Tester:

1. Proficient in Linux/AIX system admin
2. Proficient in programming in Perl/Shell programming experience on Unix/Linux, C/C++.
3. Familiar with common operation system knowledge and hardwares
4. Experiences in HPC area is a plus
