Job description
The International Graduate Program offers a range of opportunities for professional and personal growth. The program runs for 12 months and includes job rotation, foreign placement, networking and training sessions. You are offered a full time contract with full compensation and you will, after completing the program, continue to work in the position you were recruited to.
We are searching for, approximately 20 candidates to the program in the following countries; Sweden, USA, France, Germany, China, Poland, Brazil and India.
Here is some information about the position we offer in China:
Graduate Trainee
Key Responsibility:
◆Product Planning: You will participate in developing new product pre-requisites through an interaction with experience product planners, customers and market companies and Volvo group product development organization.
◆Distribution strategy development: You will participate in the development and execution of the ATO distribution strategy in Asia with a specific focus on China or private importers distribution in South East Asia.
◆After two successful headquarter mission, you will be invited to choose an operational mission in one of ATO market organization in function such as sales, marketing, aftersales.
Main competence requirements:
◆Business or engineering graduate with business Structured, personal drive, autonomous

◆Excellent oral and written command of English
◆An ability to work in a cross-cultural, cross-functional organization
