职位要求：
1. 本科/专科在读学生，具备一定的英语基础，英语四级以上，大三和大四的学生优先考虑
2. 对人力资源类和心理学类的工作有兴趣和热情
3. 熟练使用办公软件(word, excel等)
4. 责任感强，踏实肯干；具备良好的沟通、团队合作能力
5. 能够承担加大的工作强度，并可以同时参与多个项目的支持工作
6. 每周可以工作3-4天
7. 工作业绩突出者，可以转为正式员工
8. 薪酬面议
