KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deal with and record customer complains in customer system
Support field service engineers to record the service work orders in customer system
Monitoring and tracking the service process and give notice to the un-complete work order
Help to generate regular reports from customer system
Deal with the documents, filing and other paper work;
Collect the feedback of the customer system;
Other works assigned.
QUALIFICATION:
Majoring in marketing or automobile related is preferred
Excellent verbal and written English
Good communication & coordination skills
Pleasant & proactive personality
Skill in handling emergent issues
Teamwork skills
