招聘职位：测试系统工程师
工作形式：实习生
工作时间：最少6个月的实习期 （希望是2009毕业的研究生）

工作内容：
1） 新测试系统的开发
2）现有测试系统的维护

基本需求：
1) 计算机软件专业并掌握一定的通讯/电子知识，或者通讯/电子专业并有较强的计算机软件能力
2) 熟练掌握C/C++语言及编程技巧
3) 熟悉VC++/.net开发平台
4) 掌握软件设计模式的概念，并具备一定的OOP, OOD的经验
5) 具备良好的文档能力及编程习惯
6) 思路灵敏，善于沟通，能很好的参与团队合作

Job Title: Test System Software Engineer
Job Type: Intern
Working Time: minimum 6 months

Work Range:
Developing new test system
Deliver/Maintaining test system

Basic Requirements: 
1) Software background with communication/EE knowledge or communication/EE background with strong software knowledge
2) Strong C/C++ programming skill
3) Familiar with VC++/.net platform
4) OOP, OOD experience and concept of software design pattern
5) Good documentation skill and good coding style
6) Open mind, team-work, and good communication skill
