1. Software Developer

Job Description
A Software Engineer will work closely with other software engineers, quality assurance staff, and project leaders to develop high quality applications using leading edge technology. You will be directly responsible for the design and implementation of one or more subsystems within the application. Other responsibilities include contributing to and leading cross-functional initiative teams, mentoring team members, and arbitrating technical debates.

You must be able to understand customer needs, solve business problems, and conduct various levels of technical design, implementation and testing. You will be involved in delivering functionality to meet user requirements.

Job Requirement

1.      Good understanding of Object-oriented design and development

2.      Hands-on experience of Java servlets/JSP, HTML, JavaScript

3.      Capability of writing complicated SQL, strong understanding of database performance

4.      BS degree in Computer Science

5.      Willing to work on various technical tasks other than programming including but not limited to technical support, production release, and data synchronization

6.      Willing to work under tight deadlines

7.      Self-motivated and team-oriented

2. Senior Software Developer

Job Description

A Senior Software Engineer is responsible for the design, development, integration, testing and deployment of the Companys application modules. In this position, you will take ownership of and responsibility for new technology research, concept specification and design of individual software components. You will participate in system-level tasks including framework design, development and system integration. You will need to effectively collaborate with and influence other engineers, architects, and managers to solve complex problems. You must have a sense of urgency about your work and sufficient energy and enthusiasm for a dynamic and challenging position within a growth-stage company.

Job Requirement

1.      Minimum of 4 years professional experience in designing and developing commercial Java web-applications with J2EE technologies

2.      Extensive SQL and database knowledge (Oracle preferred) with hands-on experience in data modeling and performance tuning

3.      Strong understanding of multi-tier architecture & middleware

4.      In-depth knowledge of Object-oriented design and development

5.      Expertise in both Windows and Unix environments

6.      Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills

7.      Self-starter and team-oriented

8.      BS or MS in Computer Science or related field

9.      Experience with Apache/Tomcat and open source tools desired

3. QA Engineer

Job Description

A QA Engineer will be reviewing functional specifications to estimate and scope QA requirements. You will prepare for test cases and perform various tests. A QA Engineer is also responsible for reporting defects and working with business and technical teams to prioritize and manage defects until resolved.

Job Requirement

1.      Good knowledge of QA methodologies and concepts.

2.      Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines

3.      Effective oral and written communication skills

4.      Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field

5.      Ability to work independently as well as in a team

6.      Experienced in testing is a plus.

4. Product Support Analyst

Job Description

A Product Support Analyst will be responsible for write workflows, bug reports and documents of many other kinds as needed. You have to communicate daily with staffs in New York office and provide aids to basic trouble shooting. A product support analyst will also participate in quality assurance checkouts and procedures, answer functionality questions via email & phone calls and provide support during production releases period.

Job Requirement

1.      Advanced verbal and written English communication skills

2.      Attention to detail

3.      Basic knowledge of the Internet as well as MS Office applications
