Job Responsibilities:
-Provide IT support and service to customers, troubleshooting software and hardware problems for customers.
-As a representative of our team, respond to every single request of customers. Depended on customer requests, know where and when to look for his/her team or team leader.
-Ensure customer satisfaction and improve relationships. Ensure all communication channels are available. Obey the dispatch by management.
-Resolving remote access issues, printing issues, and network connectivity issues.
-Provide application support to the customer or company’s dedicated IT application.
-Stay current on latest technical innovations in the industry, specifically as it applies to MS Windows and related layered products.
-Excellent English skills, customer skills and communication skills
