素质要求：理科硕士，偏电子类专业，有较强的组织能力和协调能力

1、Power User Test Assist
Intern to assist Power User Coordinator to handle daily work, including hardware management and team member management; Issue report verifying and tracking

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Handle Prototypes, includes register, flash software, deliver hardware to users, calling back hardware from users;
2. Maintain team members list (Above 250 members in different teams);
3. Give basic technical support to power users;
4. Verify and investigate bug reported by power users in a basic level;
Assure correct software data report from power users;

v. Qualification
Pls. input at least 5 “must-have” qualifications for this position. Eg. Work experiences, education major & level, what kind of operational skills.
1. Must major in Computer or Telecom related;
2. Must have knowledge in SW testing;
3. Must have knowledge in Mobile phone industry;
4. Knowledge in MTBF is a plus;
5. Knowledge in Database is a plus;



2、Mobile Phone Tester

Roles & Responsibilities
Pls. input at least 3-5 most important R&R of this position which should cover 80% of job required for this position.
1. Run RE/RS/RSE/CE/CS test according to the test plan
2. Reporting the test result and failure.
3. Prepare the test units for CTA
4. Documentation.


v. Qualification
Pls. input at least 5 “must-have” qualifications for this position. Eg. Work experiences, education major & level, what kind of operational skills.

1. Knowledge of EMC Electro-Magnetic-Compliance and/or Electro Technical profession
2. Mobile communication technology as GSM,CDMA,3G
3. Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
4. Reliable capability of working both independently and cooperatively.
5. Excellent study ability.
