Duties & Responsibilities:

§           Push channels distribute AIG Combined products successfully to meet responsible sales zones’ production budget;

§           Produce monitoring report of sales performance of the responsible sales offices/zones and timely report sales results to Channel Management;

§           Provide timely and effective product trainings to producers for both new products and existing products to ensure producers understand AIG Combined product value propositions and competitive strengths;

§           Proactively seek and identify producer/market feedback on product needs and report to  Channel Management for channel productions’ feedback;

§           Push channels for successful renewals not only in ways of bring back renewals of existing products but up-sell and cross-sell successes by producers.

 

Qualifications:

§           University degree with some working experience during study period;

§           Quick thinker with ability to understand and comprehend new ideas and new business concepts;

§           Energetic, proactive, creative and business oriented;

§           Ability to influence, engage and effectively communicate with people in order to make things happen;

§           Possess excellent communication skills;

§           Team player, willing to contribute to ideas even outside own responsibility zones;

§           Be fluent in both written and spoken English.
