一、工作职责：
1、部门行政文秘工作负责档案管理、会议准备与记录，商务行程安排；
2、处理电话、邮件、传真各类渠道信息，保持内、外部信息沟通顺畅；
3、进行项目策划资料的查询和研究。
二、任职要求：
1、实习生，每周可工作时间三天以上，本科以上在读，行政、英语、策划、艺术类等相关专业；
2、英文6级以上，英文听说读写精通；
3、良好的文字功底，熟练操作OFFICE办公软件；
4、具有高度责任心，工作细致耐心。
