HR Assistant(实习生 面向09届毕业生 平均每周工作三天以上)

Job Description

1 Performs a variety of duties in support of Human Resources and Human Resource systems, including scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, setting up interviews, and performing reference checks.

2 Maintains and updates intranet/internet posting of job openings.

3 Creates and tracks offer letter and acceptances.

4 Supports the staffing department in orchestrating event-driven projects including job fairs, expos, special recruiting events (SREs), university relations and recruitment. May also serve as HRIS Coordinator.

5 Sets up systems and procedures to maintain employee information. Processes employee information and updates in PeopleSoft.

6 Manages service anniversary recognition program including tracking, fulfillment and vendor relationship.

 

Requirements

1 Bachelors degree required with more than 1 years related work experience

2 Be proficient in human resources software packages, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Power Point. Proactive and details driven

3 Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

4 Ability to proactively identify complex problems and needs and develop solutions/recommendations to solve problems.

5 Flexible and adaptable and dedicated to meeting expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
