HR Assistant（实习生面向09届毕业生平均每周工作三天以上）

Job Description

1、 Performs a variety of duties in support of Human Resources and Human Resource systems, including scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, setting up interviews, and performing reference checks.

2、 Maintains and updates intranet/internet posting of job openings.

3、 Creates and tracks offer letter and acceptances.

4、 Supports the staffing department in orchestrating event-driven projects including job fairs, expos, special recruiting events (SREs), university relations and recruitment. May also serve as HRIS Coordinator.

5、 Sets up systems and procedures to maintain employee information. Processes employee information and updates in PeopleSoft.

6、 Manages service anniversary recognition program including tracking, fulfillment and vendor relationship.

Requirements

1、 Bachelors degree required with more than 1 years related work experience

2、 Be proficient in human resources software packages, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Power Point. Proactive and details driven

3、 Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

4、 Ability to proactively identify complex problems and needs and develop solutions/recommendations to solve problems.

5、 Flexible and adaptable and dedicated to meeting expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
