l Answer phone call and receive visitors l Receive and dispatch mails and faxes l Hotel and tickets booking for visitors l Office facilities maintaining l Maintain and update office stationary statistic l Supervise the performance of outsourced people, such as office cleaning lady and other suppliers l Coordinate with colleagues in the US l Arrange US attorneys work and visit in China l Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
l College degree or above l At least one year working experience l Excellent in English, able to translating English into Chinese well and vice versa, able to communicate with colleagues in the l Skilled in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excell), especially in typing l Professional、interpersonal skills and integrity, maturity, good team player, taking initiative and responsibility, working well under minimal supervision and instruction; dedication to work l Professional appearance l Major in English is preferred
