Onxion Consulting was founded in 2005 （merged with V-career in 2007）, aiming to be the premier
HR partner of enterprise customers by providing recruitment services with best-matched candidates,
prompt delivery and professionalism. Combined both industry knowledge and recruitment background,
currently 24 consultants （including search industry’s top consultants） are located in Beijing and Shanghai, with the industry expertise in IT and Services Sector. Onxion Consulting provides leading
services with innovations and uncompromised business conducts.
Position:
Research Associate (Full time)
Location: Shanghai

Responsibility:
1. Support the consultant to conduct the pro-active search as to different functions;
2. Help consultant to set target list for each case including corporation information for special industry.
3. Make the cold call and communicate mostly through the telephone to find potential candidates and;
4. Help to arrange face to face interview between candidate and consultant;
5. Conduct the telephone screening according to consultant requirements;
6. Be responsible for conducting paper work;
7. Data entry and maintain database;
8. Get involved in some other relevant responsibilities;
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors (undergraduate) degree or equivalent experience preferably in technical field
2. Strong academic performance
3. Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit
4. Open-minded, Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate
5. Smart, diligent and willing to learn
6. Good in written & spoken English and good computer literacy
7. Understand accountability and are decisive
8. A passion for excellence
9. Self-Confident and Motivated
