工作职责：
1.仓库建设项目管理
－与本公司项目组及项目管理公司配合，管理项目建设进程。
－负责管理项目管理公司，确保工程建设的成本控制和时间控制达到预期要求及短期和长期的操作需求。
－确保工程建设质量达标，确保现场安全管理达标，确保招投标过程公正公平，在保证质量的同时为公司争取最大利益。
－负责工程建设相关文件的存档和管理。
－负责成本控制，审核各项工程付款，按时支付；

2.设备管理维护
－负责场地相关固定资产管理，接管所有场地设施，制定相关短期/长期维护计划。
－负责管理监督建设场地和操作场地的安全管理及共用设施，包括水，电，气等，与相关政府部门保持良好关系。
－负责后续项目，例如设备采购，执照延期，系统开发实施等。
－管理层委派的其他任务。

－3年以上工程建设和项目管理经验
－拥有相关工作经验且具备物流行业背景优先
－建筑学、设计等相关专业背景（学士学位及以上）优先

Objectives:
- Responsible for managing the construction of warehouse and depot facilities for the approved expansion sites of Ocean Blue;
- Take over Plant Facilities from Contractors, and make maintenance plan for these facilities；

Specific responsibilities of the position:
Construction of Warehouse and Depot facilities for approved the projects
Tthe construction process either managed through project management company, or managed by own project team;
Well manage the Project Management Company to ensure that construction is managed within monetary budget and timeline; meanwhile also suitable for immediate and long term operational needs.
Well manage the Project Management Company to ensure that construction quality is assured;
Well manage the Project Management Company to ensure the site safety management is meeting the requirement;
Responsible for timely purchase for the construction material which is not included in the General Contractor’s list, i.e. Fence, Lift Panel, Dock leveller, etc.
Ensure project filings/record will be completed in due time, in good order;
Maintain and keep good relationship with relevant local government authorities to ensure the land certificate, necessary permission / certificates be granted in due time, hence to ensure smooth construction progress.
Cost Control, ensure timely payments for all contractors / sub-contractors, check and confirm all payments.

Facility maintenance
Take over plant facility from Contractor, make short / long term maintenance plan for all plant facilities, equipments, etc. Oversee the accomplishment of maintenance plan.
Facility related fixed-assets management.
Manage and supervise all sites management and seek improvement, not only for construction site, but for operation site.
Monitor and manage the operation site and construction site’s Utilities - Power/Water/Gas supply;
keep Good Relationship with related Government Department to solve related challenge from these departments
Undertake projects, i.e. equipment purchase, license expansion, system development implemented successfully;
Other tasks delegated by management;

Network / contacts within logistics industry
Previous experience in similar role
Relevant theoretical business education (bachelor degree or higher)
