A US company with 80 years history. It is one of the largest manufacturers of construction and mining equipment, diesel and natural gas engines and industry.
In Greater China, it products have been associated with the regions growth and development for many decades. Today, it has invested in eleven manufacturing facilities in China.
Position Title:
Marketing Trainee
Responsibility:
1. Sales Development - Analyze sales opportunities; develop product comparisons; review pricing practices, product improvement programs, new product information releases, competitive information releases, various communications media, etc; and make product presentations.
2. Marketing Support - analyze Company’s trade advertising as seen in news service articles, publicity and product literature.
3. Assist senior staff in advertising campaign researching and field story development, understand company trademarks, etc.
4. Become skilled at the development and execution of dealer sales seminars regionally or in Peoria involving product, application and salesman skills.
5. Also assist in developing and producing sales support material on product, competition, application and support programs.
Requirements:
1. Marketing or engineering bachelor degree or the equivalent, master degree is a plus.
2. Around two years experience in marketing or engineering is a must.
3. Good communication skills both in written and oral English.
4. Open to relocation across China and training overseas. Open to frequently travel as well.
