The mission of sales executives at Visionary Consulting is to win contracts and build our brand by linking the client's needs in terms of people and organization development with our systematic solutions.
Your key accountabilities:
1.To study and identify potential clients
2.To build long-term relationship with potential clients
3.To create needs by helping clients analyze their potential needs in people and organization development
4.To propose the most appropriate training, coaching or consulting solutions with senior consultant's instructions and support
5.To assist the senior consultant deliver the service to clients
6.To develop yourself as an assistant consultant in order to meet the expectation of our clients.
To be a successful sales executive at Visionary Consulting, you MUST fulfill the following qualifications:
College education or above
Presentable
Confident and self-motivated
Can speak standard Mandarin
Good command of both oral and written English
Can communicate effectively with different people
Eager to help others no matter how hard it will be
Willing to work under pressure and prefer challenging jobs
Eager to learn and can learn fast and efficiently
Enthusiastic about the learning and development industry
Eager to meet higher standards no matter what you do
Open-minded, positive and optimistic especially when facing difficulties and challenges
Easy-going, good-tempered and loyal
Self-disciplined with demonstrated self-management capabilities
Willing to change yourself in order to achieve better team results
