ISBU Sales/Marketing Trainee Program

Brief

This is a Schneider Industry BU sales/marketing trainee program. All trainee
s will be trained for 10 months after join Schneider Electric in July 2008. 
During the program, company will provide product trainings, customer segment
 trainings, selling skill trainings and sales on site training etc. The purp
ose of the trainee program is to select excellent automation young talents. 
After training, talent can target his career role as Sales, Product Applicat
ion Engineer or Marketing Engineer.

Working Location

Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Wuxi, Nanjing, Hangzhou

Requirement

-       Automation major, Bachelor above, 2008 fresh or young talents with less th
an 2 years employment

-       Familiar with industry control product as PLC, drive, HMI, motion etc.

-       Strong self learning, good communication and organization

-       Good English proficiency

通过面试，培训生将于2008年7月入职，进行为期10个月的培训。培训将包括产品技术、
客户行业、销售技巧及销售实习等项目。该项目旨在挑选最优秀的年轻销售人才。培训
合格人员职业可发展为销售、产品应用工程师及市场工程师。

工作地点

北京、上海、广州、无锡、南京及杭州等城市

人员要求

自动化专业，本科以上，应届生或不超过2年工业控制及自动化领域销售、市场或技术支
持等相关工作经验  

熟悉PLC应用及编程，了解工业自动控制相关产品，如变频器，人机界面，运动控制等

快速学习能力, 沟通及组织协调能力

能够使用英文进行工作交流, 熟练使用英文进行英文文案阅读
