August 1-31, full-time English-speaking visitors’ guide, competitive pay.
Job Descriptions
Airport Greeting:
• greeting clients at their gate or baggage claim
• directing clients to their appropriate destination
Ticket Delivery:
• delivering tickets to clients in a timely manner
• checking client I.D.’s in order to ensure correct/safe delivery
• reviewing and comparing delivered tickets against ordered parameters and showing the client where their seats are on a seating map
• maintaining a signed receipt from each client
Hotel Desk Greeting (the company will set up a desk in the hotel):
• assisting clients with questions, check-in or room/hotel challenges, and additional needs.
• processing credit cards when necessary
Requirements
- Attention to detail
- Methodical and Highly organized
- Articulate, presentable and confident
- Loyal, discreet, trustworthy
- Enthusiastic/Energetic
- Willing to work flexible and long hours
- Quick learner
- Highly Internet and Computer Savvy
- Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
