an us based investment company is currently recruiting for the position of finance department manager to in charge of underwriting and analysis of acquisitions and potential investment of new projects through valuation, financial modeling. the company has a strong investment track record in the past years and is seeking to expand its investment business in china.

responsibilities 
 assist in the initial asset analysis and screening; 
 responsible for financial report based on the valuation;
 responsible for underwriting and analysis of acquisitions, preparing financial modeling and handling jv structures setup; 
 responsible for creation and maintenance of project budgets.

requirements
 university degree with a proven track record dealing with china property market;
 a minimum 2-3 years experience in real estate finance or investment with a major financial institution, investment bank, fund or developer;
 passed all cpa levels 
 exposure to a number of high value and high profile residential transactions; and
 equally proficient in both english and chinese language.

successful candidate will also possess excellent communication skills, have extensive knowledge of microsoft excel, demonstrate strong initiative, and thrive in a small-team work environment.
