Location: Jinshan Responsibilities:
1. Under guidance of the Technical Manager Functional Products execute development work for new products and the improvement of existing product.
2. Help to adapt existing formulations to meet specific customer requirements, or to allow the use of alternative raw materials. Testing could involve experimental, analytical and application work.
3. Help to develop a detailed understanding of new and existing products. Understand key production processes of each product.
4. Submit monthly progress reports on all technical and laboratory activities.
