Objectives of the job / Key Success Factors
1.Independently work with line management to fulfill recruitment cases by understanding specific recruitment needs, identifying effective recruitment channels, conducting screening and interviews, getting right candidates, etc
2.Use and explore efficient recruiting channels such as Website, newspaper, headhunter, etc
3.Leading recruiting projects, such as Summer Intern Program, Management Trainee recruitment, etc
4.Support in routine recruitment admin issues
Skills / Competencies / Experience required
1.At least 2 years staffing experiences, MNC experience is preferred
2.Strong sense of responsibility
3.Open minded, willing to communicate, like challenge
4.Excellent oral and written English
5.Good PC skills
6.Be able to work under pressure
