J.P. Capital is expanding rapidly and needs experienced people to support the company’s growth.

Position A: Project manager (Full time, 2 positions available) 

Position description
Overseas listing project implementation and overall coordination, collaborate with underwriters and overseas lawyers to carry out project in line with the timetable

Qualifications
•---Male, good understanding of international and China capital market, at least one year work experience in international investment banking, investment or financial advisory.
•---Strong ability in project planning and execution, can independently compose business plan
•---systematical finance study background or relevant work experience
•---Fluent English speaking & excellent writing; can use English easily as a working language. 
•---Oversea background or Master degree in Finance is a plus.
•---Excellent communication skills. 
•---European Business school background is preferred. 

Position B: Assistant manager (intern, 2 positions available)
 
Position description
Assist project manager to carry out due diligence, write business plans for the corporations planning to go to public
Qualifications
•---Bachelor degree or above, with passion in financial industry and profound understanding of  
 financial services.
•---Fluent English speaking & excellent writing, can use English easily as a working language. 
•---Major in Finance or English, great passion for finance, third-year Master candidate(graduate student)

职位A:----项目经理（全职，2名）

职位描述：
境外上市项目执行及总协调，协同承销商以及境内外律师按照工作时间表推进项目进程。

人才素质要求：
•---男性，对国际国内资本运作有良好的理解，至少一年以上国内外金融、投资行业相关工作经验 
•---具备独立的项目方案设计和执行能力，能够独立撰写商业计划书 
•---有系统的财务知识学习背景或从业经验 
•---卓越的英文写作能力，口语流利，可以用英语作为工作语言，海外留学背景者或有外资
   机构工作经验者优先考虑
•---良好的沟通及协调能力，有亲和力
•---欧洲商学院毕业者优先。

职位B:-----项目助理(实习生职位，2名)

职位描述：
协助项目经理进行企业尽职调查、撰写拟上市企业的商业计划书，融资文件等。

人才素质要求：
•---在金融服务行业有1年以上工作经验的本科；
•---财经专业毕业的应届毕业生或研究生
•---对金融有一定理解和学习基础的第三年的在读研究生
