职位要求：

QUALIFICATIONS: -Will get master/bachelor degree of Statistics in 2009. -Good statistical knowledge on various distributions and their application criteria. -Ability of establishing process baselines using historical data and appropriate distribution. Being capable of regression analysis. Monte Carlo simulation knowledge is a plus. -Experience in commercial statistical tools, e.g., MS Excel, SPSS, etc -Good spoken and written English. -Good interpersonal and communication skills. -Likes working with numbers and graphs. -Be able to work at least 4 full time working day each week;

备注：

RESPONSIBILITIES: -Collect and analyses project, non-project and staff measurements from software development teams and project timesheets. -Create process performance models and baselines according to eligible statistical process control techniques. -Prepare regular reports of metrics to senior management. -Provide daily administration support to Process & Quality team.
