OPEN POSITION

Position Title: HR Intern (6 month)– GE healthcare China
Report To: HR Manager – GPC China
Location: Beijing BDA (Company Shuttle bus offered)
Type of Candidate: 6-month internship

Job Description:
· Training & Recruitment Support
· Execute employee satisfaction activities including Family Day, B-day Party, etc
· Employee Communication
· Other HR related support for clients manager

Qualifications/Requirements:

· Bachelor degree or above with major in HR or Psychology
· Strong coordination, communication and interpersonal skills
· Demonstrated time management skills. Ability to organize schedules professionally within deadlines
· High level of skill in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
· Confident, energetic, independent and well organized
· Excellent in verbal and written English
· Able to work more than 4 days per week

注意：
1.工作时间是我们最基本的要求：每周工作4-5天，连续6个月以上是我们要求的最基本条件，如果不能保证工作时间的同学请不要申请这个职位
2.HR实习生的工作会很琐碎，有时候会很枯燥，希望到知名外企学习管理经验的同学请降低自己的期望值，以前就出现过名校人力资源专业的同学来工作三天之后就嫌没意思不来了的情况。
3.这个职位只面向女生，因为部门里的同事都是女士，招女生比较方便，男生们见谅。
