JOB SUMMARY
Provide supports to customer on supported applications which depends on the SLA. Troubleshoot computer problems and advice on appropriate actions. Complete application project-based work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Answer customer questions in person and via phone on those supported applications.
2. Troubleshoot computer problems.
3. Determine source of computer problems (hardware, software, user access, etc.).
4. Advise customer on appropriate action.
5. Provide recommendations on company application purchases.
6. Document resolutions for future reference.
7. 2nd level technical support, such as remote service by RDP.
8. Onsite support might be needed as customer required.
9. Other duties as assigned.
  
Requirements:
- Customer service experience, good communication skills;
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin. And English will be highly welcome.
- Experience in PC installation and maintenance is a pre-requisite and a basic knowledge of networking technologies;
- Positive, professional manner and appearance are required;
- Bachelor's degree, we also give chances to fresh graduated students;
