Part-time Position Description:

1 Accounting background, better to have some working experience

2 Medium level of proficient in excel

3 Time need: 8-10 working days each month(3 days in last week of month, 3 days in first week of month, 2 days buffering during the month)

4 Tasks to handle

· fixed asset and CIP detail ledger and general ledger reconciliation

· watch line 324 imbalance

· monthly report to external government

· run SAP monthly PO list for project

· run SAP capital spending details and merge into current data base

· help Nancy prepare monthly report

· general screen capital ledger to identify

· maintain SOX documentation of the assets key controls

· initiate financial adjustment to FSS regarding wrongly booked T&E into the project

· help with the following projects:

a. reconcile SAP ledger with EPC asset list

b. annual asset verification

c. clear exchange differences loaded from IR process
