Entry Position: Graduate Trainee
Program Duration: 1-year
Work Location: Beijing
Position Objectives and Scope: The position station is based in the "Retail store" for the 1st year. During this 1-year program, the graduate trainee is exposed to achieve the pre-set sales target of the designated store by effectively leading a team of up to 6 front-line sales in the store.
Position Accountabilities:
•Ensures the growth of the VIP data base that aligns with the pre-set sales target
•Ensures the achievement of sales forecasts & $ per sq. ft goals on a monthly basis
•Ensures the team in the store equip with the right product knowledge and service skills in achieving the sales target
•Ensures the store is operated (including the visual displays )with the best practices and following store operating guidelines
•Ensures the right products for the right customers by creating a working bridge of own store & among stores and the buying team; able to effectively to communicate the specific needs of the store
•Ensures the relevant information from different sources is clearly cascaded to the store team members
•Ensures the marketing activities are progressed smoothly by working closely with the marketing team
Qualification:
•University or vocational college graduates
•High proficiency in English
