Job Description:
The Intern will be responsible for supporting sales team with program coordination, distribution of materials, event planning, and office needs.
Responsibilities include:
Tracking sample orders
Collect customer or competitor background information to support single sales object
Coordinate customer visits to technical center or plants
Other administration to support sales team
Skills Needed:
Bachelor degree or above. From a recognized Business School International preferred
Sales, Marketing or Business Development experience an advantage
Excellent English skills required, proficiency in Chinese
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Germany or French skills desired, but not required
Good Microsoft office software skills (Word, Excel)
Detail-oriented, well organized and self-motivated
Timeframe for Internship:
Internship runs July-December with at least 3 days per week commitment.
