职位地点:Beijing, Shanghai

工作职责:
- Orchestrate subsidiary marketing execution (advertising, online, vendor mgmt., etc.) in support of selected GTMs (Go-to-markets), ongoing broad reach programs, and other marketing initiatives
- Help to create a multi-year strategic communications plan which builds a marketing communications group able to support all marketing initiatives
- Owns the overall relationship with agencies supporting Microsoft marketing efforts within the subsidiary
- Help campaign team (supported and accountable to BGs and segment owners of campaigns) to create and revise high level campaign plan including Marcom resources, audience contact, and timing
- Actively participate as the communication group’s primary voice during the development of the subsidiary marketing strategy and prioritization of GTMs
- Approves final vehicle mix recommendation
- Maintains overall responsibility for establishing and executing against the total Marcom budget
- Builds and manages calendar view to assess audience contact for campaign
- Determines and makes tradeoffs in vehicle mix to support campaign budget/objectives
- Manages communicating Briefing document back to BGs/segments involved and notifies discipline experts involved in decision on vehicles/timing
- Updates activity maps to align with vehicle plans
- Help v-team of discipline experts to execute campaign activities & assets
- Ensures BCC (Broad Customer Connection) activities map into overall audience activity map
- Tracks subsidiary campaign performance (specific to audience)
- Provides performance results to BG and Segment counterparts for invest/de-invest decisions
- Revises goals and dollars for selected customer campaigns
- Works with BGs and segments to revise partner and product specific programs
- Responsible for partnering with IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication lead)

职位要求:
- Formal training in project management.
- Within 5 years of practical experience across multiple disciplines (e.g., direct marketing, interactive, advertising, sales, product marketing management).
- MBA or Master’s Degree is preferred.
