Candidates should have：
(1)BS or MS degree, preferably in computer science, software electronics or telecommunications
(2)Work experience on Unix OS or Linux OS, multithreading and inter-process programming;
(3)TCP/IP basic knowledge and socket programming skill;
(4)Basic knowledge (work experience is highly preferred) on GSM, CDMA, v2.5G, and 3G wireless technologies and equipment;
(5)Project management experience is preferred
(6)Familiar with popular relationship Database such as Oracle and SQL Server.
(7)Good work style and good communication skills. MUST be fluent in oral English and be good at documentation in both English and Chinese.
