Specific Responsibilities to include:
1.To take the initial job order, though to final offer and acceptance.
2.Identify target candidates and then directly approach the candidates you have identified
3.Prepare and coordinate sourcing activities: advertising, external search firms, employee referrals
4.Screen incoming CVs and shortlist suitable candidates interview (telephone screening)
5.You are accountable for the entire recruitment process management and efficiency from requisition clarification, hiring or customer engagement, candidate sourcing and short listing, reference check, etc.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree, Excellent English speaking and writing skills
2. No experience needed, but your need to have the passion to do this job.
3. Requires strong negotiating, influencing and interpersonal skills
