Accounting Asst (Grief China)

LOCATION:上海奉贤化工区

班车地点地铁莲花路站/莘庄南广场,家住闵行地区及奉贤地区候选人优先考虑。

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for expense reimbursement according to Greif internal control policy.cash control; banking; handling payments for HQ business; filing vouchers and filing files from each entity; fax payments to plants; Admin work for Business controller and HQ finance staffs; adhoc projects; coordination with other departments for finance department for daily routine. Dealing with bank, audit, tax bureau and other externals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

College above, minimum 1.5 year working experiences in finance. Cashier experience is a must. Good English is a plus. Good interpersonal and communication skills, flexible, quick learning, smart, careful, team work spirit, familiar with office software like excel, word. Etc.

Salary Range:negotiable.
