职责
1）协助经纪人进行金融市场产品的交易工作；
2）按照相关条例、市场惯例和管理层的指示，在经过经纪人或者前台经理的批准和监督下安排或者进行交易；
3）承担其他管理层安排的任务。

要求
1)应届毕业生；有银行、证券等金融机构工作经验者优先；
2)金融、经济、贸易或相关专业毕业，了解金融市场并且熟悉金融产品；
3)有良好的英语沟通能力（英语6级或以上）；
4)能够迅速进行精确计算；
5)懂得自我激励与自我约束；
6)有良好的团队协作能力且能够承受工作压力。

Role
(a) to support the brokers on the desk who deal or arrange transactions;
(b) to deal or arrange transactions under the supervision of a broker or the desk manager in accordance with the relevant custom or practice and as directed by management;
(c) to undertake any other duties as directed by senior management.

Requirements
(a) University graduates. Relevant experience with banks, securities houses or other financial institutions is a plus;
(b) Degree holder in Finance, Economics, trade or related and have a good knowledge of financial markets and products;
(c) Keen and enthusiastic with good English language skills (CET6 is must);
(d) Good mathematical skills and able to make accurate calculation quickly;
(e) Able to work as part of a team and under pressure .
