Position: Order Coordinator

Job Summary

 Order management system(Baan) updating and maintain

 Order follow-up. Maintain up-to-date demand plan .

 Ensure monthly reporting of order workload and capacity utilization

 Record the working time sheet daily for the workshop staff. Give statistics of workers’ overtime job monthly to production manager

 Receive technical documentation from CoE. Ensure timely documentation distribution in accordance with corporate policies

 Arrange the documentation duplicate for operation department

 Carry out duties in line with HS&E procedures



Qualification

 Flexible with Good interpersonal and communication skills

 Be able to demonstrate the ability to plan and manage work effectively to tight timescales and be flexible in approach

 Excellent IT skills

 Good written and verbal English

3. 由普陀区桐川路(乐购超市附近)出发,走中环线,途径大上海时代花园，上师大、百合花苑,顾戴路红梅路、外环线 、A20外环线、A2沪芦高速至沪南公路出口下走沪南公路到公司。



4. 由普陀区中山北路镇坪路出发,走南北高架,途径淮海路、西藏路等,再走打浦路隧道,到上南路、三林,再走A20外环线、A2沪芦高速至沪南公路出口下走沪南公路到公司
