Position required: IT Assistant
Type: Intern Student
Period required: 5/1/2008 to 10/31/2008
Requirements:
Education & qualification:
BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent required
Full-time or minimum 3 days per week
Experience:
IT support experience
Special skills, language or personality:
Basic MS SQL and Active Directory knowledge
Good English communication skills in both written and oral
Good communication skills
Job Description:
1. Familiar with MS OS(XP,Windows 2003),MS office, especially MS Access for client basic support and maintaining server, business database.
2. Monitoring, maintaining and management IT resources, notify appropriate support vendors and management as necessary to ensure maximum availability.
3. Work closely with colleagues to review all users IT requests according to IT policy and standard for accuracy and appropriate management approvals prior to execution.
4. Documentation of all IT related tasks.
