Responsibilies:
1.Executive searching,negotiation,delivery,maintenance for clients.
2.Gather industry information and direction
3.Touch candidates by effective way,and screen CVs
4.Help and report to Consultants
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree with 1-2 year work experience.
2.Good English ,good presentation and communication skills
3.Hard working attitude and strong working passion,this is a key point.
4.Acuminous,quick learner,detail-oriented, interested in deal with people,
passion in building emplastic and continuous relationship with target poeple.
4.Professional phone manner
5.PC skills specially in MS-Word, Excel,PPT is required. Strong sense in
getting useful information from WEB searching.
6.Work experience in executive searching industry is not necessary, but
industry work experience is a plus.
