客户服务助理招聘
1 A college degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering. Or a college degree in other fields combined with working knowledge in electronics.
2 Proficiency in spoken and written English is a must.
3 Experience in the field sales, marketing or customer service is preferred.
客户服务主力
职责：
1.1 Perform data entry using various computer programs, and format material as required. Proof material entered and generate data reports as required.
1.2 Review discrepancies in data received, request clarification or advise supervisor of issues related to data, and perform data verification routines in accordance with company procedures.
1.3 Interact with other staff on matters affecting data and make recommendations for improvement or enhancement to processes to ensure standards in data entry, collection and retrieval.
1.4 File, keep records, and prepare/transmit/sort/distribute facsimiles, mail, e-mail, and reports.
1.5 Process customer orders and quote requests from web, phone, fax, email and other channels.
1.6 Monitor and track the progress of orders. Track shipment to ensure on-time and correct product delivery.
1.7 Maintain proper phone and live chat coverage.
1.8 Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
