Responsibilities(工作职责): The Researcher is an integral part of the executive search process. The work that the incumbent produces provides the foundation for the entire search process and presenting the right candidate to the client starts with them. 信息员是执行搜集信息过程中不可缺少的一员。就任者的工作是以向整体搜集流程提供基础及向客户推荐合适的候选人这两项内容为开始的。 The Researcher is primarily responsible, but not limited to, providing recruitment support to the supervising consultant and other senior team members of the Our company organization. He/she will inevitably need to ensure that the research and execution process is done in a highly competent and thorough fashion, with the understanding that the quality of their work contributes to the success of each assignment. 信息员初步负责,但不局限于:向我公司组织内部的主管顾问和其他资深团队成员提供招聘支持;在了解他们的工作质量与每个任务的成功完成密切相关的前提下,他/她需要确保能高度胜任并完整地进行研究和执行的过程; As Researcher, your job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: 作为信息员工作职责包含但不局限于以下内容: Generating appropriate research pertaining to the particular assignments with a clear understanding of the project requirements and client needs. 在清楚理解项目要求和客户需求的前提下,针对特定的任务,做相关的正确的研究; Develop target sourcing list in collaboration with the Consultant / Project Leader 在与顾问及项目负责人协作时拓展目标资源的名单; Identifying appropriate potential candidates pertaining to particular assignment via a direct approach (cold calling) and working through network of contacts and company information. 通过公司的联系与信息网络,以打陌生电话这种直接的方式,去鉴别符合特定项目需求的合适的潜在的候选人; Develop your understanding of various industries, their competitive landscape, company corporate structures and business models. 扩展你对不同行业的了解,它们竞争的范围,公司企业架构和商业模式; Support consultant by completing general project related administrative duties. 支持顾问完成与整体项目相关的行政工作; Abilities Required(能力要求): The Researcher will possess the skills and qualifications listed below: 信息员需要有下列技能和素质: Strong interpersonal and excellent written and oral communication skills (both English and Mandarin). 较强的人际交往能力和优秀的书面及口头沟通技能(中英双语) Able to multi-task; Is a quick learner; Has strong time management skills; Confident and straight forward; 能同时多任务运行;学习速度快;有较强的时间管理技能;自信且坦率; Mature with a strong sense of responsibility, accountability and professionalism. 具有充分强烈的责任意识和专业精神; Able to work in a team environment and also independently without supervision to ensure the successful completion of assignments. 能在团队环境下工作,也能自觉独立确保任务的成功完成; Resilient and able to respond in dynamic environment 对于动态的环境能够弹性处理; Eager and open to learning- researching specific industry sectors is often required before starting cases (desire to broaden business / industry knowledge). 在开始参与项目前,要渴望并且能开放式的学习研究具体的行业部门(对广泛的商业和不同领域的知识有强烈的求知欲望)
